📦 Return & Refund Policy
At Ador- আদর, your child’s happiness and safety are our top priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
- You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, the toy must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment ( Bkash, Nagad etc.) within 5-7 business days.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or broken toy, please contact us immediately at 01915821983 with a photo of the product. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
4. Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
